We promote fair and inclusive access to training, recruitment, and workforce support across diverse communities—removing barriers and expanding opportunity.
We focus on enhancing long-term workforce stability through effective recruitment, retention strategies, and organizational support.
We provide fully funded caregiver certification programs, specialty training courses, and administrative education for Resident Care Managers. Our comprehensive approach ensures AFH staff receive the training they need to excel.
Beyond training, we partner with AFH providers to strengthen their entire workforce. We assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, and retention — delivering complete HR support tailored to your needs.
When caregivers participate in approved training programs, we provide a training participation allowance to reimburse wages, offer completion bonuses, or provide retention incentives. This reduces staffing strain while supporting team growth.
We work to elevate the reputation of the Adult Family Home industry by ensuring caregivers receive world-class training and support. Our efforts help improve day-to-day operations, retain staff, and build confidence in AFH services.
